Tapioca Chips by Perwira Sinaran Snd. Bus. I will be lying if I said it taste fresh. It is crunchy, but does not have that fresh taste that you would get once that is selling at the M’sian Mall, which is sold in abundance. The taste seems to taste like it’s been around for awhile. But all is not lost. It’s still edible. That’s why I’m only giving 4*, which I think is fair. I will still recommend Halal Street UK tho. Communication is service is on point. Just a heads up to fellow entrepreneurs — I really don’t recommend using their service. Everything seemed fine at first, especially when they helped us apply for a government grant. But once they got the money, their after sales support just disappeared. I sent my products to them twice and both times, it was a nightmare. The first time, it took months just to get my sales payment. I had to chase them multiple times, and only after I made noise, they finally pay up. The second time was worse. I got paid the wrong amount ,way less than what I was supposed to get. They claimed they had no record of my product delivery, just because the one staff who handled it had already resign. How does a proper company not have backup records? It’s beyond frustrating. Poor communication, no transparency, and no accountability. I trusted them with my products and my business, and they clearly didn’t take it seriously. Honestly, I feel like speaking up publicly just to prevent other small business owners from going through the same thing. We work too hard for this kind of treatment.
