Kambing Mysore – By Haiyee’s Kitchen - UK Delivery

Elevate your dining experience with our Kambing Mysore, a signature South Indian dish that perfectly captures the bold and aromatic essence of Karnataka’s royal culinary heritage. This authentic Mysore mutton curry is prepared using premium cuts of tender lamb or goat, slow-cooked to perfection until the meat is succulent and falls off the bone.

The secret to our Kambing Mysore lies in the specially crafted spice blend, featuring dry-roasted chillies, coriander seeds, peppercorns, and a touch of tamarind for a subtle tang. Sautéed with fresh curry leaves, mustard seeds, and caramelised onions, the thick, dark gravy clings beautifully to the meat, delivering a sophisticated balance of heat and earthy flavours.

Unlike standard curries, this traditional mutton Mysore is known for its intense aroma and rich, semi-dry consistency. It is a versatile dish that serves as a centrepiece for any meal, offering a deep, savoury profile that satisfies the palate of any spice enthusiast.
