Making this spicy chilli paste is a way to preserve chillies and is often used when fresh chillies are not available.
To make this Sambal paste readily available to sambal lovers worldwide, Square Bracket Enterprise has whipped up ‘CHE MAH’S KITCHEN’ SAMBAL PENYET AND SAMBAL IJO (Red and Green Chilli Paste). These paste are packed in retort packs and can be readily eaten. The shelf life is up to 2 years.
