How to store?
Wrap like a chocolate wrap. When you want to eat, take them one by one. If you do not finish eating it, store it in the fridge and it can last long for more than a year.

Lempok Durian (Durian Cake)
Lempok is a type of food made from durian and it is a kind of confection. Usually, durians that are not consumed will be cooked with sugar or malacca sugar and cooked until smooth and well blended.
Sometimes durian fruit will be mixed together to give a crunchy taste to the dough (according to taste). The crumbs will then be wrapped or stored. Perfectly cooked puddings, (somewhat dry) can be stored for quite some time. It can be eaten alone or with bread. Fun fact, it is not smelly as in its original form.
