History of potato chips

Traditionally, potato chips are believed to have been invented by George Crum, who is a chef at a lodge restaurant in Saratoga Springs , New York , USA. The restaurant is very popular with fries. One day, there was a customer complaint saying the potato’s radius was too thick. Then, Crum depleted the potatoes but customers were still dissatisfied. So, Crum cut the potatoes as thin as chopsticks and fry them. Crum puts a fork to hurt his customers. Something unexpected happened. Crum’s customers love it.

Crum fries are called “Saragota Chips”. These sheets have been packaged and sold in New York. These potato chips are in high demand in the market. After that, Crum opened his own restaurant and the main menu was fried potato chips.
