How to prepare these fish crackers:
Pour oil into a wok and heat it up. Ensure that the flame is on medium/slow heat.
Drop the fish crackers in batches and deep fry for about 30 secs or until they puff up crispy.
Drain excess oil on a paper towel and serve
Goes well with homemade sambal (spicy sauce) or store-bought chilli sauce.
