BAKER CITY ENTERPRISE (BCE) was founded by Puan Wan Nor Hafiza Binti Wan Zaki in year 2013. BCE aims to be Muslim-friendly supplier for baking materials. Moreover, Puan Hafiza also provides baking services for her loyal customers that are interested in ordering cakes and cookies, and catering services. These services receives positive feedbacks from the customers.
As she sees vast opportunities in this industry, she added a branch of business specialized in the manufacturing of cookies and frozen foods called SERI ALAM VENTURES (SAV). Starting with only 4 Stock Keeping Units (SKU), it is now has 15 SKUs consisting of various types of cookies and frozen foods.
Assisted by two skillful crews, Puan Hafiza was able to supply approximately 500 units of products according to customer demand during Ramadan.
