Twisted Cluster Beans In Spicy Sauce is known for its spicy yet wonderful taste which lingers on your taste buds for a long period of time. How To Make Spicy Tofu In Twisted Cluster Beans In Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 large firm tofu (Cut into cubes)
- Â Twisted Cluster Beans In Spicy Sauce
- Oil
Method:
Step 1
Wash and cut tofu into dices. Pat dry so that it would not splatter and leave it aside.
Step 2
Pour some oil in a frying pan or wok and heat it up. Pan fry the tofu till they turn slightly brown. Make sure to pan fry both sides. Leave them on a paper towel to cool. (Note: Use only 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil as you are pan frying and not deep frying)
Step 3
In the same pan that you seared the tofu, add in the Crispy Anchovies With Twisted Cluster Beans In Spicy Sauce (Sambal Garing Bilis Petai). You can add more or less according to your preference. Just saute for 1 minute and add in the tofu. Give a good mix and toss so that every tofu gets coated with this yummy and tasty sauce. Since all ingredients have been pre-cooked, it will take only another minute or so to be ready.
Step 4
You can now turn off the heat and the dish is ready to be served. Goes well with hot steamed rice, bread, pasta, porridge and noodles.
