Rolled pineapple tart or well known in Malay as kuih tart nanas is a type of cake that is popular in Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore. It is a type of cake made using flour and jam. Usually, the flour used in the dough is tasteless, because the essence is sweet. As for the pineapple tart, it has a filling made of pineapple jam.
But every year we see that there are different types and shapes of pineapple tarts that are modified into different shapes.
