Ingredients:
1 whole chicken / 1 kg beef
50g Rendang Spices
Sauteer ingredients (cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamom)
200g dry chili
50g chili
1 tbs turmeric powder
10 garlic
1cm ginger
1cm galangal
4 pcs lemongrass
1 kg coconut milk
2 liter water
salt
Cooking Steps:
1) Mix beef/chicken with Rendang Spices, chili, turmeric powder and sauteer ingredients in a pan/wok.
2) Add in coconut milk and water.
3) Cook until beef/chicken tender.
