Let’s make creamy buttery spaghetti with ‘RASA MALAYA’ ButterMilk Chicken
Ingredients:
- ½ pack of spaghetti (Follow the instruction on the packet and cook it Al Dante. Drain the water after cooking and let it cool down. Remember to save some of the water that the pasta was cooked in.)
- 1/2 cup of ‘RASA MALAYA’ ButterMilk Chicken (Adjust to your preference)
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- Oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Cilantro for garnish
- Sliced red bird’s eye chilli for garnish
Method:
- Pour some oil in a pan or wok and heat it up. Add the onions and saute for a minute.
- Add in ‘RASA MALAYA’ ButterMilk Chicken and give a good mix. Add some of the pasta water to thin the sauce.
- Do a taste test and adjust accordingly.
- Throw in the pasta and give a final mix.
- If the pasta dish is still thick, add the remaining pasta water you had saved earlier to thin it out.
- Final touch, add the butter to get the rich velvety look and the dish is now ready to be served.
- Plate it up and garnish with cilantro and sliced chilli. Serve immediately while it is still hot. Enjoy.
