‘KEREPEK BAWANG MERAH’ is one of the wide varieties of chips that we produce and one of the most popular snacks among young and elderly Malaysian looking for watching television or for evening snacks. It is textured ‘Crunchy’ and taste salty plus slightly spicy. It is definitely made you not able to stop chew.
Ingredient-
- Onion
- Garlic
- Â Wheat flour
- Rice flour
- Corn flour
- Margarine
- Dried pepper
- Buah keras
- Salt
The chips are made from shallots and garlic which is blended with wheat flour, rice flour, corn flour , margarine , salt and kneaded until they become dough.The dough is divided into two types, namely onion dough and magarrin dough. The dough is ferated and placed on top of each other and rolled neatly. then the dough is cooled in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours before being thinly cut and fried.

3. Kerepek Bawang Kampung (Plain)
