Ingredients:

• 100g butter (softened)
• 80g sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 120g all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 50g Nestlé Nestum All Family Cereal Original
• 30g cornflakes (crushed, optional for extra crunch)
• 50g chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
3. Add egg and vanilla essence, then mix well.
4. Sift in flour and baking powder, then fold the mixture gently.
5. Add Nestum cereal, cornflakes, and chocolate chips/raisins, then mix until well combined.
6. Scoop small portions of dough (about 1 teaspoon each) and place them on the baking tray. Flatten slightly with a fork.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
