Let’s Make Crispy Fried Chicken Using Multipurpose Fried Chicken Spice
Ingredients:
- 1 Kg Of Chicken (Use Wings And Drumlets. Wash And Pat Dry On A Paper Towel)
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Cups Plain Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Of Multipurpose Fried Chicken Spice
- 1 Tablespoon Salt (Optional)
- 2 Teaspoons Pepper (Optional)
- Garlic Powder (Optional)
- Paprika (Optional)
- Salt (Optional)
- Vegetable Oil For Frying
Method:
- In a large bowl, place the plain flour and Fried Chicken Spice.
- Add in the chicken wings and drumlets and mix well
- Add the 3 eggs and mix with the chicken pieces well. Do a taste test and adjust accordingly with pepper, garlic powder, paprika and salt.
- Fill a large pot or deep fryer half full with oil and heat to 350°F. Place the chicken parts in and fry until dark and crisp. The wings and drumlets will take about 10 minutes to cook.
- Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes to cool and enjoy!
Note: You can use an air fryer too but remember to coat the chicken mixture with 1 tablespoon of oil before air frying.
