A Malaysian traditional sweet treat that has a soft, chewy and caramel-like texture. Dodol comprises of coconut milk, gula melaka, or coconut flower sugar and rice flour. It is cooked over low heat for a long period of time and requires consistent stirring till the mixture thicken with a shiny finish. It is a sought after dessert during festivities and we maintain the original recipe like how our forefathers used to produce them.
