MAGGI INSTANT NOODLES
MAGGI INSTANT NOODLES is Malaysia’s all-time favourite noodle and loved across generations. Comes with a good range of great tasting and mouth watering popular Asian flavours.
How To Make Maggi Goreng (Stir Fried Noodles)
Ingredients:
- 1 packet MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles (Flavour of your choice)
- Â Oil
- ½ onion (finely sliced)
- 1 Egg
- 3 pcs Prawns (cleaned and de-veined)
- 1/2 tablespoon MAGGI Chilli Sauce
- 1 tablespoon MAGGI Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Thick soya sauce
- 40 g Mustard Greens
- 1 Tomato (diced)
- 1 Beancurd (diced into cubes)
- 1 Calamansi Lime or  ½ normal lime
Method:
Step1
In a pot, boil the MAGGI 2-Minute Noodles without the seasoning. Drain and set it aside. Cook it Al Dante or else the noodles will become mushy.
Step2
Make a plain omelet with the egg. Then thinly slice it and keep it aside.
Step3
Lightly pan-fry in shallow oil the diced beancurd and leave it aside.
Step4
Lightly pan-fry in shallow oil the de-veined prawns and leave it aside.
Step5
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a wok and add in the onions. Stir fry for a minute. Add in MAGGI Chilli Sauce, MAGGI Tomato Ketchup and dark soy sauce and the MAGGI 2-Minutes seasoning (Do not add the whole packet of seasoning. Add half first and then see how it taste). Stir thoroughly.
Step6
Add the noodles that was set aside earlier. Toss and mix thoroughly until all the noodle strands are coated with the sauce.
Step7
Finally  add in the mustard greens, tomato, fried beancurd and prawns. Give a final toss for all ingredients to blend. Now that your noodles are ready, serve on a plate and place the lime on the side. Enjoy!
