Tropical countries like Malaysia grew varieties of banana also known as Pisang in Malay language. There are more than 16 varieties with different shapes, sizes and tastes. At JAJAN JUNGLEÂ our banana crisps are made from varieties of bananas for all of you to try.
Horn plantain is also known to locals in Malaysia as ‘pisang tanduk’. It is long, slightly curved like a rhinoceros horn. The skin is slightly thick and yellow when ripened.
Not suitable to be eaten raw but instead made into banana fritters, crisps and dessert.
