How To Cook Linguini Pasta With Spicy Tomato Paste With Seared Prawns
Ingredients:
- 1 pack linguini pasta (Or any pasta of your choice)
- Samza’s Instant Spicy Tomato Paste
- 6 prawns (Cleaned and de-veined, leaving the tail intact)
- Oil
Method:
Step 1
Take a handful of pasta, enough for 1 to 2 person. Boil some water and salt it. When the water has boiled, put the pasta in and cook until Al Dante. Follow the instructions on the pasta pack. Once cooked drain the pasta and leave it aside to cool. Remember to save a little of the boiling water to be used later to thin the sauce if too thick.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan and pour some oil in it. Pan-fry the 6 prawns until they turn pinkish. Remember to pan-fry on both sides. Remove from pan and leave it aside.
Step 3
In the same pan with the balance oil add in Samza’s Instant Spicy Tomato Paste. Give it a good mix and saute for a minute or 2. Then add in the seared prawns and mix and toss properly. Ensure that all the prawns are coated with this spicy and yummy sauce.
Step 5
Throw in the pasta and give a good toss. If the pasta seem too thick, add in the boiling water that you had saved earlier. Mix properly and the dish is ready to be served. Arrange on a platter and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy !
