Let’s make a quick spicy fried rice with vegetables using Fudloker Gourmet ‘Have Sambal’
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked rice (Use long grain rice and cook according to the instructions on the pack in a rice cooker. You can cook the rice one day head or use left over rice straight from the refrigerator.
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Frozen vegetables
- 1 bottle Fudloker Gourmet ‘Have Sambal’
- Oil
- Spring onion or coriander leaves and fried onions for garnish
Method:
- Heat up a wok or pan and pour in 1 teaspoon of oil.
- Add in the sliced onions and saute for a minute.
- Add in the Fudloker Gourmet ‘Have Sambal’ and mix well. The amount to use depends on your taste.
- Add in the frozen vegetables and mix well. Let the frozen veggies to soften a bit.
- Finally add in the cooked rice and give a good toss and mix.
- There is no necessity to cook for long as most ingredients are already pre-cooked.
- The spicy fried rice is now ready. Plate it up and garnish with Spring onion or coriander leaves and fried onions. Serve it hot. Enjoy!
