EPIN SATAY SAUCE (DRY)

Satay is a seasoned, skewered, and grilled meat dish served with a peanut sauce in Malaysia. It’s sometimes served with ketupat (Boiled rice cakes). Chicken, goat, mutton, beef, fish, and even tofu can be diced or sliced for satay. Bamboo skewers are commonly used. These are grilled or barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, then served with various spicy seasonings.

What goes well with satay is a rich and creamy peanut sauce. This sauce is not spicy but it has a sweet and tangy taste with peanut bites. Making this peanut sauce takes time.
