Dodol is a traditional sweet toffee-like sugar palm-based confection with a dense, sticky texture and a caramel-like flavour. It is made from coconut milk, jaggery (palm sugar), and glutenous rice flour, cooked over low heat until thickened.

Coconut milk, Jaggery (palm sugar), Glutenous Rice flour, Salt & Sometimes flavoured with pandan leaves or other natural flavourings
BEST USE FOR :
Dodol is commonly enjoyed during festive occasions such as Eid al-Fitr and other celebrations in Indonesia and Malaysia. It is also a popular gift item during these times. Dodol is served as a sweet treat on its own or sometimes used as a topping or filling in desserts.
