Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 small pack coconut milk

Method:
- Take a bowl and pour in the coconut milk. Add in the sweetener and mix well till combined.
- Add the chia seeds and mix well again. Leave it aside for the chia seeds to absorb the coconut milk and bloom. It is best to leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
- The next morning the coconut-chia seed mixture would have bloomed well and in a pudding like texture.
- You can eat it cold as it is or warm it up in the microwave for a few seconds. You can now top it with DASTO Granola Rich. It makes a quick an hearty breakfast for people on the go.
