Preparation and Storage
Preparation Method
- Clean chicken and cut into pieces. Leave it aside in a bowl.
- Mix thouroughly chicken pieces with Bestari® Coating Mix powder and water. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Coat chicken pieces again with Bestari® Coating Mix powder.
- Fry the coated chicken at oil temperature of 180°C until golden brown in colour. Ready to serve.
- Serve it hot with chilli sauce, tomato ketchup or even spicy sambal (sauce).
Suggestion :
1kg Bestari® Crispy Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder can fry approximately 3kg of chicken.
