Let’s Make Easy Tiramisu With Jack ‘N Jill Cloud 9 Wafer
Ingredients:
- 250g of Cream cheese (Leave it outside at room temperature to soften)
- 1 to 2 packs Jack ‘N Jill Cloud 9 Wafer (Chocolate flavour)
- ½ cup confectionery sugar or powdered sugar
- 2 cups strongly brewed black coffee (No sugar added)
- Cocoa powder
- Butter to grease the pan
Method:
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. You can use a hand mixer or simply beat using a wooden spoon. Cream well until no lumps.
- Pour the coffee in a bowl.
- Take a cake pan and lightly grease it. Now you can start assembling the tiramisu.
- Dip each Cloud 9 Wafer in the coffee and place it in the greased pan. No necessity to dip the wafer for a long time or else the wafer gets too soggy. Do this dipping and placing in pan until the bottom of the pan gets filled.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese thoroughly over the wafers in the pan.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the layering reaches the brim of the tin.
- Finally dust some cocoa powder on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- After 2 hours you can scoop up a big portion of tiramsu to enjoy.
