Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 450 g medium prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced

Method:

- Add prawns, lemon slices, garlic, and crushed chilli flakes, and season with salt.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until prawns are pink and opaque, about 3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter, lemon sauce, and water (if needed).
- Do a taste test and season with salt according to your palate.
- Plate it up and garnish with parsley before serving.
