BRIYANI RICE RECIPE
ā¢ Briyani rice mix pasteĀ ā¢ 1 cup chana dal ā¢ 2 tomato ā¢ 2 green chillies ā¢ 1/4 cup drumstick ā¢ 2 handful coriander leaves ā¢ salt as required ā¢ 1/2 cup onion ā¢ 1 teaspoon chicken spicy powder ā¢ 2 tablespoon mustard oil ā¢ 1/2 cup bottle gourd ā¢ 1 tablespoon tamarind
FOOD PREPARATION FOR BRIYANI RICE & DHALL GRAVY
1-Wash 500g rice
2-Add in 680ML water or adequately
Recipe for Dalca (Dhall)
1-Wash the chana dal thoroughly and add it to a pressure cooker along with 1 chopped onion, tomato, chopped ginger and garlic. Add 1-2 slit green chillies, tamarind and salt with red chilli powder according to taste. Add in 2 cups of water and let it cook for 10 minutes or till 5 whistles. Mash the dal a little bit.
2-Now that the dal is ready, add the chopped bottle gourd with the drumsticks, coriander leaves and add some oil in it. Let this cook on a low flame until the vegetables are done or you can also pressure cook them for 2 whistles. Open the cooker and let it cook more until the oil comes to the surface. Garnish with coriander and serve
