Let’s Make ‘Bos Muda’ Crispy Seaweed Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP

• 5 toasted  Crispy Seaweed, chopped roughly after toasting (you can add more if you like)
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
• salt

Method:

Step 1

• Finely grind  Crispy Seaweed in a spice mill or a blender.
• Mix ground seaweed, mayonnaise and lime juice in a small bowl.
• Season with salt.

Step 2

Do Ahead: Mayonnaise can be made 5 days ahead. Cover and chill.

Enjoy this seaweed mayonnaise spread on sandwiches and burgers. It also goes well on fish fillets, chicken cutlets, hard boiled eggs and steak.
