- 5 toasted Crispy Seaweed, chopped roughly after toasting (you can add more if you like)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- salt
Method:
Step 1
- Finely grind Crispy Seaweed in a spice mill or a blender.
- Mix ground seaweed, mayonnaise and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Season with salt.
Step 2
Do Ahead: Mayonnaise can be made 5 days ahead. Cover and chill.
Enjoy this seaweed mayonnaise spread on sandwiches and burgers. It also goes well on fish fillets, chicken cutlets, hard boiled eggs and steak.
