Ingredients:
- ½ cup broccoli florets (blanched in hot water to kill any small insects)
- ½ carrot (peel, wash and cut into thin rounds)
- ½ capsicum (remove seeds, wash and cut into thin slices)
- ½ onion (peel, wash and cut into thin slices)
- Oil

Method:
- Pour some oil in a frying pan or wok and heat it up. Then add the onions and saute for a minute or 2. Add in carrots, capsicum and broccoli and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
